We are just about done with big kitchen remodeling job. The big job was knocking out the back wall for expansion and installing the new cabinets. The only thing left at this point is a little bit of plumbing work, installing the counter tops, and installing the sink. We’ve picked out counter tops but we had a slight disagreement on sinks.
I’m more budget conscious than she is and my argument was that the sink had to be cheap enough to keep us under budget. Her argument was that since the counter tops cost a little more than we hoped, we can afford a better sink. We spent some time looking at undermount stainless steel sinks and I think we found a nice combination of budget consciousness and quality. We settled on a sink made by Bristol Sinks and I think it will look beautiful in the new kitchen. I’ll be installing it along with the countertops today and then we’ll be up and running with just a little bit of plumbing work.
